# Clear Chrome local storage / Unexpected error

When a token crashes and is unable to refresh automatically, you might see an "Unexpected error" message while trying to log in to the Control Panel on our website.

Please follow these steps to delete that token:

* Enter this link into Chrome tab: chrome://settings/siteData
* In the search field, enter cp.nordlayer.com
* Delete the entry by clicking on a bin icon
* Try to log into the Control Panel again
