# Do you offer any open ports?

For outgoing connections, all ports are open on our servers, except SMTP and Netbios.

[For SMTP incoming port](/docs/why-cant-i-send-email-messages) you can alternatively use 465 or 587 ports.

Since we do not provide any port-forwarding, no incoming connections can go through.
