# Executable restrictions under Group Policies

1. Run **Group Policy Manager** as Administrator;
2. Go to **User Configuration** > **Administrative Templates** > **System**;
3. Double-click **Run Only Specific Windows Applications**;
4. Add an entry for the folder of NordLayer.

***Based on our experience, adding only the executable(s) will not work.***
