# Forgot my account password. How do I reset it?

Your organization owner can send you a password reset link. However, you can do that yourself via our [website](https://cp.nordlayer.com/forgot-password). Once you enter your NordLayer account email and Organization ID, you will receive instructions in your email inbox.

When creating/resetting your NordLayer account password, include at least one uppercase letter and a number.
