# How to force sync between NordLayer and Microsoft Entra ID SCIM?

To sync members from Microsoft Entra ID to NordLayer, you can use SCIM for automatic provisioning. If there's a delay, you can manually force an immediate sync using Microsoft Entra ID's on-demand provisioning feature. This guide explains how to do it.

## Steps for on-demand provisioning

1. Sign in to [Microsoft Entra admin center](https://entra.microsoft.com/).
2. Navigate to **Entra ID** > **Enterprise apps** > **NordLayer**.
3. Select the **Provisioning** option.
4. Choose **Provision on demand**.
5. Enter the first name, last name, display name, email address, or user principal name (UPN) of the user you need to provision. Alternatively, you can search for a group (supporting up to five users at a time).
6. Select **Provision** at the bottom of the page to immediately sync the user or group to NordLayer.

Note

Some apps experience replication delays. If you encounter this, wait for a few minutes before retrying.
