# How to request NordLayer security and compliance documents

If you need NordLayer's security or compliance documentation for an upcoming vendor assessment, audit, or internal review, you can request it directly through the [NordLayer Trust Center](https://trust.nordlayer.com). This guide walks you through the process.

## Available security and compliance documents

The following documents can be requested through our Trust Center:

- NordLayer HIPAA Report
- NordLayer ISO 27001 Certificate
- NordLayer Penetration Test Report
- NordLayer SOC 2 Type 2 Report
- NordLayer Subprocessors

## Step-by-step instructions

1. Go to the [NordLayer Trust Center](https://trust.nordlayer.com).
2. In the **Documents** section, locate the document you need.
3. Click the **Request** button next to that document.
4. When prompted, enter the work email address under which your NordLayer subscription is registered.
5. Enter your full name, job title, and company name, then select the reason for your request from the dropdown menu.
6. Choose which protected documents you would like to access:
7. Once the form is complete, click the **Send Request** button.
8. We will send you an email notification when your request has been approved. Open it and click the **View Trust Center** button.
9. When the NordLayer Trust Center website opens, enter the **6-digit code** we sent to your email address and click **Continue**. If you are not an existing customer, you will be prompted to sign an NDA.

Note

If you did not receive the email with the 6-digit code, click the **Send new code** button instead.

1. Once your access is granted, click the **Download** button next to the relevant document to acquire it.

Important

- If you need more than one document, repeat the steps above for each one.
- Documents are delivered by email, so be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) after submitting your request.
