# How to retrieve NordLayer app logs for iOS

First, ensure the app is open on your iOS device. Then, simply shake your device, and you will receive a prompt to share the diagnostic files of the last 48 hours.

Alternatively, you can head to **Settings** and choose '**Share diagnostics**'.
