How to retrieve NordLayer app logs for Windows

You can find the application logs in:

  • C:\Users<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\NordLayer

(Please send us all application log files)

The service logs are located here:

  • C:\ProgramData\NordLayer

(Please send us all application slog files)

If you cannot locate these folders (they are hidden by default), please follow this tutorial.

You can also click the "?" button at the top of the application to view the logs and slogs:
