# How to retrieve NordLayer app logs for Windows

You can find the application logs in:

- C:\Users<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\NordLayer

*(Please send us all application log files)*

The service logs are located here:

- C:\ProgramData\NordLayer

*(Please send us all application slog files)*

If you cannot locate these folders (they are hidden by default), please follow [this tutorial](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028316/windows-view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-10).

You can also click the "?" button at the top of the application to view the logs and slogs:
