# I have been charged twice

If you suspect wrongful double billing, please contact our our [24/7 customer support team](/docs/how-do-i-contact-nordlayer-customer-support) and provide the following information:

- **Payment** **type** (credit card, direct bank transfer)
- **Payment** **dates**
- **Amounts** **charged**

In some cases, we may ask you to send us a proof of payment to locate the transaction.
