# Member has not received the invitation email to NordLayer

If one or more of your colleagues are not receiving the invitations to NordLayer in their mailboxes, please check Spam folders first. If no invites can be found, please try re-sending those invites via CP. If that does not help, please reach out to our [24/7 customer support team](/docs/how-do-i-contact-nordlayer-customer-support) and provide your Organization ID and the colleagues' email addresses.
