# Re-installing NordLayer on Windows

To uninstall the NordLayer application from your Windows device, follow these steps:

1. Log out of your profile on the NordLayer application
2. Go to your Windows settings
3. Click on Apps & features
4. Type in NordLayer in the search field
5. Click on NordLayer and press Uninstall

That is it. The NordLayer desktop application will no longer be on your Windows device. You can now download and install NordLayer from our [website](https://downloads.nordlayer.com/win/latest/NordLayerSetup.exe).
