# Unable to log in to the NordLayer application on Mac

If you are having difficulties logging in to the NordLayer application on Mac, there are a few options that you could try to resolve this issue:

- Force-close the **NordLayer** application
- Open up **Keychain Access** application and enter 'nordlayer' (without quotes) into the search
- Delete all items that were found
- Restart your device
- Launch the NordLayer application again
