Why wasn't my recurring payment charged?


Your recurring payment may not have gone through because of the following reasons:

  • The auto-renewal option is not turned on
  • NordLayer payment processor has encountered issues
  • There are issues with your payment method (insufficient funds, payment method has expired etc.)
