I didn't receive an invitation email


In order to join an existing organization for the NordLayer service, you need to use a valid email address to receive the invitation.

Please make sure that you provided a correct email address. If the organization owner has already sent you the invite and you cannot find it in your email inbox, follow these steps:

1. Wait 10 minutes after the signup for the email to arrive

2. Check junk, spam, promotions and other sections of your email inbox

3. Ask the organization owner to re-send the invitation email

4. Contact our customer support team
