How to retrieve NordLayer app logs for macOS


You can do that by following these steps:

  1. Open the NordLayer application on your macOS device
  2. Tap on the question mark icon (bottom left corner)
  3. Click on Activity log

In case you are unable to perform those steps, connection logs can also be accessed manually:

  • For the App Store version of our application:

~/Library/Containers/com.nordvpn.macos.teams/Data/Library/Caches/Logs

  • For the side-loaded version of our application (from our website):

~/Library/Caches/com.nordvpn.macos.teams/Logs
