NordLayer now offers the option to purchase CrowdStrike Falcon licenses directly through our platform. This integration allows you to easily add CrowdStrike's industry-leading endpoint protection to your NordLayer subscription.
How it works
- When purchasing a new NordLayer subscription or upgrading an existing one, you will have the option to add CrowdStrike Falcon Go licenses if your selected plan includes this feature.
- During the checkout process, you can specify the number of CrowdStrike licenses you wish to purchase. The price will be dynamically calculated based on your plan configuration.
- After completing your purchase, NordLayer will share some basic information about your organization with CrowdStrike, including:
- Organization billing info
- User email
- First and last name
- CrowdStrike will then send an invitation to activate your account on their platform. In most cases, account activation is quick, but in some instances where more careful review is required, it could take up to 3 days.
- Once your CrowdStrike account is active, you can manage your endpoint protection directly through their platform. NordLayer will continue to handle billing and license management. The CrowdStrike billing cycle and subscription length will be synchronized with your NordLayer subscription, ensuring a seamless experience.
Currently, NordLayer offers the option to purchase CrowdStrike Falcon Go licenses.
Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to cancel your CrowdStrike service purchased through NordLayer, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you with the cancellation process.
Please note that refunds for CrowdStrike licenses are subject to NordLayer's standard refund policy.
