How to enable the NordLayer Browser for SMP organizations

NordLayer Browser is a secure web browser designed for businesses. It simplifies network access for employees while giving administrators enhanced control, monitoring capabilities, and security features.

Included in all NordLayer network partner plans at no extra cost, the browser can be enabled for your managed organizations through the Service Management Portal.

How to enable NordLayer Browser for a managed organization

NordLayer Browser is enabled on a per-organization basis. To activate it, you will need to impersonate the client organization through the SMP and enable the feature from within their Control Panel.

  1. Log in to Service Management Portal using your credentials. You will land on the Organizations page, which lists all your managed organizations.

  1. Locate the organization you want to enable NordLayer Browser for, then click on it to enter Administrator Mode. This allows you to manage the organization's settings as if you were their administrator.

  1. Once you are impersonating the organization, follow this guide on how to enable the NordLayer Browser in the Control Panel.

Once enabled, organization members will need to install the NordBrowser app on their devices.
