To sync members from Microsoft Entra ID to NordLayer, you can use SCIM for automatic provisioning. If there's a delay, you can manually force an immediate sync using Microsoft Entra ID's on-demand provisioning feature. This guide explains how to do it.
Steps for on-demand provisioning
- Sign in to Microsoft Entra admin center.
- Navigate to Entra ID > Enterprise apps > NordLayer.
- Select the Provisioning option.
- Choose Provision on demand.
- Enter the first name, last name, display name, email address, or user principal name (UPN) of the user you need to provision. Alternatively, you can search for a group (supporting up to five users at a time).
- Select Provision at the bottom of the page to immediately sync the user or group to NordLayer.

Some apps experience replication delays. If you encounter this, wait for a few minutes before retrying.
