This guide will show you how to set up the NordBrowser application on macOS. It requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or a newer version, and is not compatible with Intel-based Macs.
Downloading and installing
- You can download the application from the Downloads page or the NordLayer Control Panel.
- Navigate to your Downloads folder in Finder and double-click the NordBrowser.pkg file.
- An installation window will appear. You will be guided through all the necessary steps to complete the NordBrowser installation.
Setting up the application
- After the installation is complete, open the Launchpad and click on the NordBrowser icon.
- Enter your Organization ID. You can find this in the invitation email you received.
- Log in to your account. NordBrowser supports Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing you to use your existing credentials from services such as:
- Entra ID
- Google SSO
- JumpCloud
- Okta
- OneLogin
- Once you confirm your identity, NordBrowser will open, and you can begin browsing securely. No additional setup is required.
