Does NordLayer offer a HIPAA BAA?

NordLayer offers eligible customers the option to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended (“HIPAA”).

BAA is only available to customers with an active annual (or longer-term) subscription. Customers on a monthly subscription plan are not eligible for a BAA.

To request a BAA, please contact your account manager or reach out to our Customer Support.

Please note that until a BAA has been fully executed between you and NordLayer, you may not upload to, or use, NordLayer to process any electronic protected health information (“ePHI”) subject to HIPAA.

Additionally, once a BAA is in place, certain NordLayer features or functionalities may be disabled or restricted as outlined in the applicable service documentation to ensure HIPAA compliance.
