      Delegated Administrator role

      We’ve added the Delegated Administrator role to the Service Management Portal. Now Delegated Administrators can make network changes more effectively, leading to quicker and more flexible management. This new role enables them to easily add or remove users, invite new members, form teams, and set up gateways. They can also create firewall rules and adjust network features, customizing the network to suit their specific needs.

      License usage report

      A new Reports section showcases the highest number of member and server licenses an organization used in a month. This insight is crucial for understanding when license demand peaks. Additionally, users can now export the license usage report as a CSV file. This export includes daily data on license usage, providing a detailed look at their usage over time.

      License usage data is available starting from July 2023, enabling you to conduct historical analyses and observe trends.
